General terms and conditions of sales

 
To make the registration as a customer dealer or importer must be complete in full the information requested in the account creation. May subsequently be requested some documents for validation of customer data.

The KontrolZone takes the compromise of privacy and safety of your personal data and claims they are will only used in processing orders, sending news and information of new products, anytime you can always change or cancel your data.

To the prices shown it will be added VAT at prevailing rate.

If there is rupture of stock, in this situation the client will be informed shortly after ordering.

Some images may not correspond to the products described.

All prices and promotions shown may be changed at anytime without notice.
 
 
 
Orders:
When you do an order implies acceptance of our general conditions of sale.
All orders can only be made after validation of KontrolZone. The customer will be informing via email.
The orders can be made via website (online store), phone or e-mail.
 
Payments
When the customer does an order, have the following methods of payment available:
- Cash (in money), Bank Check, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Credit Card, ATM.
 
Deliveries:
The KontrolZone makes deliveries across the country, including Azores and Madeira island, European and Africa Continent. Shipping costs are paid by the receiver (client) and are presented at the end of the order.
You should always check if the number of volumes is correct with the guide of the carrier and the volumes are not visibly damaged.
If you find any anomalies should put a note on the tab of carrier and take pictures, so that we can activate the insurer in case of any damaged material.
The client may also take orders on our premises.
 
Returns:
The client has a period of 15 days to proceed with to return of your order. May do so provided if the article is in the same conditions it was sold, without signs of misuse, in original packaging and accompanied by all accessories that constituted it.
 
The customer can do it in two ways:     
 
1. Addressing to KontrolZone, showing the correspondent invoice.
2. Contact our commercial line +351 261819329 for information about shipping procedures.
Note: Don’t ship the item to the Kontrolzone without prior contact with commercial line.
       In case of return, the refunded of your purchase will be made after the validation of compliance with return condition described above, being issued their credit note.
